Thinking about Paper Food Packaging Supplies & Edible Food Packaging

It's still going to work the exact same way", my exasperated spouse hissed into my ear as I grabbed cartons after cartons of some 'designer' tissue. Yes, for a graphic designer and author who knows all about the kind of effort one puts into packaging and branding items, I sure fell for it. I am entitled to fall for great product packaging, I have a prevailing right to be human.

They are so quite ... the product packaging. I swear!

They have the 'nature fan' product packaging, the 'fruity' packaging, the 'lady on the go' product packaging, and then they have the 'kids' product packaging. I got 4 of each style bundles and made a run for the counter with them with my screaming kids and exasperated hubby running after me in sluggish motion.

Well, in this case, I was running for checkout with boxes of tissue paper with elegant product packaging designs on them. If I didn't like the product packaging develops a lot, I would discover it comical enough. But I am dead major. I loved the product packaging designs so much, after using up all the tissues in the boxes, I would cut out the styles and place it into my 'needs to keep for recommendation' clear folder. I do not keep a lot of things in there since I am pretty selective about the styles that I like, however these product packaging designs made it. They definitely did.

You see, this is the example that occurs when you put some effort into making your product packaging design. Yeah, all of us have this in the back of our heads ... "Hey, it's PACKAGING! It's what's INSIDE that count. They're going to THROW the PACKAGING away. Why spend so much cash on the packaging?" Possibly you're also thinking that the money needs to go towards developing much better quality products ... for faster delivery choices ... or perhaps the money needs to go towards investing potential customers to expensive suppers in Italian dining establishments. It's your call, really.

This is what I have to inform you, as a graphic designer and customer. The more effort you put into creating your packaging, more clients will stop and take a look at your product packaging or what's inside the packaging. Now, does it make good sense for me to state now that when they take and stop notice of your packaging, your chance of getting them to buy your product boosts? Exactly.

You see, the function of packaging is to get the consumer's attention. And without an electrifying product packaging, customers are going to stroll past the stacks and heaps of other rival items ... and yours ... without even knowing you're there! Your product is sitting there on a rack, for goodness sake, and the only weapon you have is to have a nice product packaging. Once they take a look and stop, you've won the first round.
